...having suicidal thoughts?
 

do you have those days when you tell yourself you're just done? that you don't even want to try anymore? that you just want one reason why you should keep holding on? i want to give you some reasons. because you deserve to keep living. you can do many great things in your life and you shouldn't give up now.
 
1. think of everything you want to do when you're older.
2. think of what you're going to miss out on. you have many experiences still to come.
3. do you have goals in life? like what you want to be when you're older. what you want to do. don't you want to be able to reach those goals.
4. your family will miss you.
5. your friends would miss you.
6. don't you want to find true love?
7. things aren't going to be bad forever.
8. ice cream.
9. soda.
10. your favorite meal.
11. you won't be able to make a collection of anything that you want. it can help take your mind off things.
12. don't you want to be a part of something big someday? how would you be able to do it if you're dead?
13. the world needs you.
14. don't you want to find out what happends on the next episode of your favorite t.v show?
15. Don't you want to see the ball drop on New Years Eve someday?
16. Don't you want to visit Hawaii someday?
17. Don't you want to get noticed by your idol someday?
18. Don't you want to meet your idol someday?
19. Don't you want to find out if your crush likes you back?
20. Don't you want to go to your dream college/university someday?
21. dont you love visiting the beach?
22. don't you love watching movies?
23. dont you love dressing up?
24. you might think you're just another person but believe me, you're more than that. i just wish you would realize it.
25. don't you want to look back a couple of years from now and say "wow, i made it through.
26. don't you want to be proud of yourself for staying so strong a couple of years from now?
27. aren't you going to miss seeing a loved one smile?
28. once you're gone, people are only going to remember you as the girl who committed suicide. if you live and share you're story to other teens suffering, you're going to be remembered and people are going to look up to you for being so strong all those years.
29. remember all the good times/things that have happened to you before?
30. you deserve to live.
 
remember all the things that make you smile. like:
 
1. a meme.
2. your friend.
3. a family member.
4. a youtube video.
5. a certain boy/girl
6. something funny that has happened to you before.
7. a comedy movie.
8. your favorite episode.
9. a funny tweet/comment you read.
10. a funny picture you saw.
11. etc. etc. etc.
 
want ideas of how to take your mind off of things going on?
 
1. draw.
2. read a magazine.
3. go online.
4. create a new account on a website.
5. read a book.
6. make a polyvore set.
7. start a diary.
8. write a story. fanfiction. sci-fi. mystery. anything.
9. reblog a bunch of pics of your thoughts on tumblr.
10. go on instagram.
11. go to a quiet room and play all your favorite music where noone can bother you.
12. play some video games.
13. go on a hike.
14. hang out with some friends.
15. learn to cook something.
16. watch a movie.
17. watch your favorite t.v. show.
18. watch a bunch of youtube videos.
19. go on twitter.
20. text a friend.
21. go on instagram.
22. go to the park.
23. try finding a job.
24. play with your pet, if you have one.
25. take a nap.
26. look through your closet and try to see how many outfits you can come up with.
27. make a bracelet.
28. make a necklace.
29. write a letter to a family member that doesn't live that close by.
30. clean your room.
31. clean around the house.
32. study for a class.
33. take a bunch of silly selfies.
34. edit a bunch of photos.
35. look for a cool new app.
36. do some laundry.
37. eat some ice cream.
38. make a comic.
39. try learning how to do a new braid in your hair.
40. practice for your favorite sport.
41. etc. ect. etc.
 

I hope this helped you. If not, then I'm disappointed with myself. I'll add more things to this as the time goes. my goal is to fill each of those sections with about 100 things. the more, the better. i want you to know that you can just pm me or write on my crushtag if you ever just want someone to talk to or to rant to or if you want help. i know sometimes words aren't enough, but they do help.
